HR Consultant - Darlington, Durham HR Consultant, Public Sector, Government, CIPD Qualification, Public Sector Shut Down/Start Up, Trade Unions, Recruitment, Policies and Procedures, Pay and Rewards An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile public sector client of ours, based in Darlington. The HR Consultant will be required to work on the closedown of a key public sector client of ours, and the setting up of a new organisation. The key tasks will be: * Assisting in collating the Terms and Conditions of employments to contribute towards the design and structure of the transfer * Identifying areas that will require further legal consideration * Support the preparation of the Trade Union consultation and engagement throughout the closedown * Lead on the data cleanse activity in readiness for closedown and identify documents require for transfer Critical skills/requirements: * CIPD qualification or equivalent * Relevant and demonstrable background in areas such as recruitment
