HR Administration Manager

This is a great opportunity for a HR Administration Manager to join this Professional Services company based in the Midlands. Duties of the role will include:
- Managing the shared service HR administration team, 3 direct reports
- Manage resource planning within the HRSS and ensure allocation of resources and responsibilities across the team to deliver business results
- Coach and develop high performance within the team, focusing on customer service and service level agreements
- Seek process improvement ideas and feedback from clients, making adjustments as required
- Utilise strong leadership skills with the expertise to motivate and inspire the team, driving a culture of high-quality service, operation excellence and added value
To apply for this role you must be currently working as a HR Administration Manager, ideally within a professional services environment, and have a strong HR experience.
