Worthing Dome Cinema
Welcome back to one of Worthing's most beautiful buildings. This stunning Edwardian cinema has been fully restored to its former glory and is once again open to the public.
Under new management and with friendly team of staff this is certainly the place to come and be entertained with your film of choice.
They have two screens, including the opulent main auditorium, seating 580 and the more intimate 'Electric Theatre', seating 118.
The Projectionist bar is open to cinema and non-cinema going public, where they serve a range of refreshments such as teas, coffees, hot chocolate and alcoholic drinks. You are able to take your drinks with you into the auditorium - very civilised, I'm sure you'd agree.
Their Silver Screen Matinee is held once monthly. This event is specifically for their more mature customer, and while there is no minimum age the Silver Screen is generally attended by 55's and above. They welcome all customers. For this event we show a mixture of classic's, black and whites and modern cinema and with your film we serve free teas, coffees and biscuits.
The Dome is open and showing some of the world's greatest film 7 days a week, throughout the year. They also have various special events to look forward to, which will be advertised on this site and in local papers.
During the recent restoration of the building they were lucky to be able to install a lift - very rare in a Grade II* listed building. As a result they now have superior disabled access to both Screen 1 and Screen 2.
