Police launch murder inquiry following incident in Bromford - 06-09-2008

Police are appealing for information after a man died following an incident in Bromford last night (September 4).

Officers attended an address in Riddfield Road shortly after 9pm after a 40-year-old man was found with multiple stab wounds.

He was taken to hospital where he later died.

A post mortem examination will take place in due course. The man is yet to be formally identified.

Three men were seen in the vicinity of the address prior to the incident, and are believed to have left the scene on foot along Riddfield Road, in the direction of Kempson Road.
