Concern for missing teenager - 28-08-2008

Police are concerned for the safety and welfare of a 15-year-old girl who has been missing from her home in Billesley, Birmingham since Sunday 24 August.

Miriam Ara was last seen on Sunday morning.

She is described as Asian, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, with a fair complexion, long black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket with hood, a red top, white belt and red shoes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts, or Miriam herself, is asked to contact Kings Heath police station on 0845 113 5000 so that her welfare can be vouched for.
