Rainbow Villa is an amazing four bedroom three bathroom Villa located in the prestigious Indian Creek subdivision. The Villa is located 7 minutes from the gates of the Disney Magic Kingdom Theme Park and is well equipped to for you perfect Florida vacation.
Rainbow Villa is a great place for you to spend your Disney Florida holiday! Located behind Formosa Gardens and next to the entrance to Rolling Hills, only 5 minutes drive from Disney World. It is the ideal destination to enjoy your Orlando Holiday. With easy access to I4 the trip to Universal Studios and Sea world is only a short drive away. There is a grocery store, a drug store and 5 restaurants, including Outback Steak House, Carrabba's, Red Lobster less than 1 mile from this community. Golfers will find a large number of professional courses close by including The Orange County Country Club and Champions Gate.
The second Master Bedroom, accessed from the living room is equipped with a Queen-size bed, TV, ample drawer space, TV and walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite facility has a bath with shower, large vanity unit and toilet.
The two Twin bedded rooms are situated at the side and rear of the villa. The third bedroom at the rear looks out onto the pool and sun deck. The bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath with shower, vanity unit and toilet. The Pool can be reached through the sliding doors at the end of the Living Room, the first Master bedroom and the lobby between the twin bedrooms, so there is easy access to the family bathroom.
In line with the latest Florida laws all villas have alarmed exits leading to the pools for the safety of young guests. There is a covered patio area, open to the swimming pool, which is complete with a patio table and four chairs. A separate washer and dryer are in the double garage, accessible from the kitchen area.
The first Master Bedroom has its own private access to the Pool area via sliding doors, a King-size bed, TV, alarm clock/radio, dressing mirror, ample drawer space and side tables with lamps. The en-suite facility has a large corner bath, walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit, toilet, and walk-in wardrobes. Open the doors from your Master Bedroom, step out onto your private, pool deck and soak in the Florida sunshine at this privately owned vacation home.

The Villa is located on the Indian Creek Subdivision (Formosa Gardens Boulevard), which is just a half a mile from the 192 and Mile Marker 6

Pool heat is £90 ($177) per week, pool heating is recommended between the 31st October through to 31st March.
A 20% deposit must be made on booking. If booked within 60 days of arrival full amount must be paid on booking. All other booking outstanding balance due must be paid at least 8 weeks before stay.
The price quoted for your stay at My Florida Dream is for the villa and all in your party, not per person.
Prices shown include all taxes.
Minimum stay is 5 nights. Shorter stays attract a cleaning charge which is $80.
Villa is non-smoking.
Refund security deposit £150.
