Robbery - Gerrards Cross    

Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery in Gerrards Cross on Wednesday (27/8).

At approximately 12.30pm the 13-year-old victim was on his bicycle on High Street, Packhorse Road outside Oxfam when he was approached by two boys. They demanded his money and threatened to take his bike.

He handed over the money and then the two offenders left and entered the nearby newsagents.

The first offender is a white boy, aged between 15 and 16, 6ft with short brown hair. He was wearing a black and grey tracksuit top with matching trousers and he was carrying a unopened can of Carlsberg lager.

The second offender is a white boy, aged between 14 and 16, 5ft 4ins and slim. He has ginger or blond hair and a pale complexion. He was wearing a grey hooded top and grey tracksuit bottoms.

PC Steven Avery, investigating, said: "The boy and his friend who was with him at the time were not injured but were left shaken by the incident.

"I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the robbery or has any information to contact me or Crimestoppers."
