How To Lose Friends & Alienate People - Film Review - 08-10-2008

How To Lose Friends & Alienate People follows Sidney Young ( Simon Pegg), a promising British Journalist, become a dismal failure at New Yorks most prestigious magazine but finding his true self worth & true love along the way.

This is portrayed as being a funny film and is being pushed big time in the press and with film critics alike but in actual fact
it is a fairly standard, gentle, Romantic Comedy which isn't all that funny.
There are a few chuckle moments throughout but I would definately not call this a comedy movie.
It is however still a good entertaining film to watch as Sidney gets himself into ever worsening situations.
