Great Value 2009 Family Summer Holidays staying near the fabulous beach at Olu Deniz in Turkey

If you have children and you are still looking for a great value family holiday in a safe, sunny, beautiful and great value part of Europe, then you should seriously consider Turkey staying near Olu Deniz and its famous beach and "Blue lagoon".

Probably Turkey's most picturesque coastal area with fine beaches, crystal clear seas, a great climate and such friendly local people that all combine for a super family oriented holiday.

Olu Deniz offers a safe gently shelving beach which ideal for families with young children as there is plenty of space for everyone on this large sweeping beach. There are good facilities with shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants right on the beach front, so there are plenty of changing and toilet facilities close by. In the lagoon area referred to as "The Blue Lagoon" for the colour of it's warm inlet of water, is also great for the young children and adults as you can wade out in the shallow warm, clean water which is calm and still within this protected nature park. There you can hire sun beds, parasols and position them right on the waters edge and enjoy an ice cream or a drink from the beach hut cafe. The lagoon area offers shaded garden areas with palms and Cyprus trees in which you can catch some cooling shade for the children or retreat to for your lunch break.

Our base for your holiday in this beautiful part of Turkey's coastline is the nearby holiday resort of Ovacik which is again ideal for families because you are near enough to the beach area at Olu Deniz, especially as there is a free daily resort bus down to the beach but also because the resort is nestled in the hillside above Hisaronu a nearby lively night time resort and Olu Deniz, so you can appreciate the cooling mountain breezes that make the evenings that little more comfortable in the high season where temperatures can reach in to the high 30's to 40 degrees.

All our smart holiday apartments are privately owned and individually styled. They offer 2 bedrooms, one double, and one twin bedded rooms both with en-suite shower and WC and a small balcony looking up the mountain. There is an open plan lounge, diner and a small compact kitchen area which is suitable for a holiday lifestyle. You will find a colour TV with DVD so if bring with you a small selection of your children's favourite DVD's, you can keep them entertained. The apartments are fully air conditioned including the bedrooms and there is a large lounge balcony over looking the pool area and sun deck garden which is ideal for that "alfresco" dining experience with great views. There is a large communal swimming pool and sun terrace right outside the apartment. These low rise 2 storey apartment buildings blend in to the quiet hillside resort. We have ground floor and 1st floor apartments available throughout the summer months from May to October 2009.

PRICES: May £200, June £250, July & Aug £300, Sept £250 & Oct £200.

These prices are based on self catering for a 7 night stay for up to a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 small children. The price includes all bed linen, bathing towels but not pool or beach towels. All utilities, gas, electric and water are included as is the air conditioning. We also offer a selection of privately owned holiday villas on the same exclusive complex which has its own resort hotel nearby. The apartment and villa guests can also use all the resort hotel facilities, including the hotel's 50m swimming pool with separate children’s section and a large waterslide. The resort hotel offers nightly entertainment with dancing acts, musical entertainers and they also cater for children with early evening magic and entertainment shows. There is a poolside bar that serves all day, everything from ice creams, sweets, cake and coffee, bar snacks and a full range of local and international wines, beers and spirits. There is a restaurant which offers buffet style dining with weekly barbecue nights that tie in to a themed show like the Turkish Belly Dancing Night, just great fun and something not to miss!

If you prefer to be catered for we can offer a 7 night stay in our 3 star hotel based in Ovacik just a few metres from the self catering apartments based on half board with breakfast and diner included from only £119.00 per person staying during May, June, mid September and October or from £139.00 per person in July and August. We can also offer the first child under 14 years free and the second at an extra cost.
