Annually on the 8th March, thousands of events are held throughout the world to inspire women and celebrate their achievements. This year, Castle Bromwich Parish Council is hosting a day of events in celebration of the lives and achievements of the women of Castle Bromwich. There will be a display showing how the lives of the women of Castle Bromwich have changed over the centuries as well as many activities designed for enjoyment.

The International Women's Day events at Arden Hall have been designed to appeal to women of all ages. There will be craft workshops and demonstrations including the opportunity to participate in make and take projects and scrapbook projects; (there may be a small additional charge to cover the cost of materials;) guidance and advice will be available to help you trace your family tree; the opportunity to experience Indian Head Massage and Reflexology, Belly Dancing; Public Speaking Seminars; displays by the WI; Mini-Make-Up Makeovers and much more.
