Drayton Manor Theme Park wants hundreds of committed and enthusiastic people to help give visitors a fabulous day out to remember.

Full and part-time staff are needed for the 2008 season, which begins on Saturday 15th March and runs until Sunday 2nd November.

The award-winning theme park, near Tamworth, Staffordshire, has organised a Recruitment Day on Sunday 10th February. Anyone interested can come along to find out more about the positions available. Refreshments will be available on the day.

This year will be the park’s 59th consecutive year of entertaining people of all ages and what a year to join the Drayton Manor family. In March, the park will become home to Thomas the Tank Engine and all his friends with the unveiling of Thomas Land.

This 6,000sq m attraction will feature 12 themed rides, an indoor play area as well as a café and restaurant.

But Thomas Land and the rest of the theme park need dedicated and hard-working staff to help put smiles on the faces of the thousands of people who visit daily.

So whether you’re interested in scaring visitors by operating one of the park’s thrilling white-knuckle rides, or serving mouth-watering meals and snacks, there is a job for you at Drayton Manor.
Staff are needed for positions in the following areas:
Retail – assistants for our gift & souvenir shops.
Ticket booth and phone booking – assistants & operatives.
Ride operators – attendants & operators.
Catering – fast food chefs and food outlet assistants.
Cleaning and Hygiene – operatives & assistants.
Office Staff – weekend Guest Services personnel to help look after visitors.
