Information & Advice Programme for Carers - 30-09-08 to 10-03-09

A number of local agencies have come together to work in partnership to deliver information to support unpaid carers, relatives, friends and family members, promoting mental, physical and emotional well-being.

The programme will take place at The George Hardwick Foundation's Stockton Carer's Centre every Tuesday from 1.15pm - 3.15pm.

It is free of charge and covers a wide range of topics. Each weekly session lasts 2-hours and you are more than welcome to attend the whole programme or alternatively, attend single sessions of your interest.

Each session is delivered to raise your awareness of a particular topic and if you require more in-depth information and support, you will be signposted to the relevant agency.

The information is delivered on a rolling programme, which means that if you miss a session of your interest, you will be able to attend it at a later date.
