Craft group takes a turn at Stockton llibrary - 21 May

A TEESSIDE craft group will show learning doesn't stop when you leave school this month when they give a demonstration of their skills. Teesside Wood Turners will show their skills in the foyer of Stockton Central Library on Wednesday, 21 May between 10am and 3.30pm.The group will give demonstration of their work at the event taking place during Adult Learners' Week (19-23 May) with items they have made previously on display and for sale such as bowls, key rings and stools. Adult Learners' Week started in 1992 and is the UK's largest celebration of learning. It celebrates education and training for adults and motivates more adults to take part in learning.For more information about the demonstration contact the Stockton Central Library on (01642) 526522.
