Drop-in and have some fun - March 8
|
CHILDREN are invited along to Stockton Central Library for a brand new fun activity session where they can really get stuck in.
From Saturday March 8 the library in Church Road, Stockton, is running a drop-in activity session for primary aged children.
There will be lots to do during the new sessions, which will run every Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
There will be a chance to do simple crafts involving colouring and sticking,
solve puzzles and read books as well as a great deal more.
The Saturday sessions are all free and there's no need to book but children under the age of eight must be accompanied by an adult.
Stockton Council's Cabinet Member for Arts, Culture and Leisure, Councillor Mary Womphrey, said: "Libraries are great places for children and this free session is a wonderful way to encourage more children to use their local library." http://www.stockton.gov.uk/ |
