Tour of the gardens at Hampton Court Palace

Open for bidding: 21- 31 May

Hampton Court Palace possesses the most spectacular formal gardens in the UK. From the stunning design of the Privy Garden to the tranquillity of the Wilderness, the gardens are an endless source of inspiration for visitors and gardeners alike.

Henry VIII was responsible for setting out the structure of the gardens, very much as they remain today: a privy garden, hunting park, pleasure grounds and tiltyard. The Privy Garden was also adapted by William III and restored as a great baroque landscape.

This is a unique opportunity to explore the gardens' five-hundred year history on an exclusive private tour with senior palace gardeners.  See how master gardeners care for the Great Vine and famous rose gardens and how they replant fragile exotic plants.

Roof top tour at Hampton Court Palace

Open for bidding: 19 - 29 May

Hampton Court Palace is the most majestic and magnificent palace in Britain.  Its fantastic chimneys, gatehouses and buildings create an iconic and captivating skyline. From your rooftop vantage point you'll also get a close-up view of the stunning animal statues and stained glass windows of the Great Hall.

There is no better way to enjoy the spectacle of Hampton Court than from its roofs.  An expert curator will guide you through the winding walkways, explaining the fascinating tale of the Palace's development as you go.  You'll see the some of the finest Tudor architecture in Britain closer than ever before, and take in wonderful views of the stunning Privy Gardens, the Long Water, the Thames and the rest of the Palace.
