Fitness Hooping - Every Thursday during term time, starting 10 January, 10.15am - 11am

Tilehurst Youth and Community Centre, The Triangle, Tilehurst A fun, fat burning workout to target the abdominal area.  Large, weighted hoops are used (which are easier to keep up - even if you have never been able to hoop before).
