What we're looking for . . .
 
We are looking for Full and Part Time team members to handle retention and service calls from customers responding to our new retails products. There are a variety of hours available from 16 - 37.5 hours per week including alternate weekends.

Sales / Retention team members will play a key part in ensuring we meet challenging sales and retention targets and continue to achieve and exceed service levels.

Our Service team members answer customer service calls providing an efficient, courteous and professional service to our many clients ensuring we continue to be recognised as the market leaders in relationship and added value management.

To succeed you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and be a strong team player. You must enjoy working in a busy, fun and challenging environment where the emphasis is on delivering an amazing customer experience.
