Northampton Saints today announced that the Phoenix IT Group has become one of the club's Elite Sponsors. The Phoenix IT Group has signed a two-year sponsorship agreement that will see the company's logo on the Saints' shirts as well as becoming Northampton Saints' official technology partner.
In a first for the club, a different logo will be on the home and away shirts. While Phoenix's own logo will be on the home shirt, the away shirts will carry the branding of Servo, a Phoenix IT Group company that specialises in IT infrastructure services. Founded in 1979, Phoenix has become one of the UK's fastest growing and leading IT service providers. The Group provides a range of complementary IT infrastructure support and business continuity services and is now Northamptonshire's fifth-largest employer.
"Phoenix is another major company established and based in Northamptonshire to commit themselves to the club and I am delighted to welcome them into our group of Elite Sponsors," said Saints chief executive Allan Robson. "The Saints form a major part of the local community and we are proud that the majority of our Elite Sponsors are also from Northampton. Phoenix will also become our technology partners and over the next two years I am confident that we will have an outstanding relationship."
