We are an original modern Manchester pub in theNorthern Quarter of the City
The Northern will be closed on Mondays until 5pm (we will open from 5pm but will NOT be serving food)
We will be closed all day on Tuesdays for the next few weeks
Our normal opening hours for this period will therefore be :Monday - 5pm - 12 midnight
Tuesday - Closed all dayWednesday 11.30am - 2am
(Lunch is 12pm - 3pm / Dinner is 5.30pm - 9pm)
Thursday 11.30pm - 3am (Lunch is 12pm - 3pm / Dinner is 5.30pm - 9pm)Friday 11.30am - Very Late
(Lunch is 12pm - 3pm / Dinner is 5.30pm -8pm)
Saturday 11.30am - Very Late (Lunch is 12pm - 3pm / Dinner is 5.30pm -8pm)Sunday 12pm - 1am
(Sunday Roast is served 1pm - 7pm)
The Northern is available for private hire on Mondays and Tuesdays during the next few weeks.

Our manifesto is to provide delicious Northern food, play great Northern music, couple this with warm Northern hospitality in a seriously comfortable Northern establishment ... a place to drink,a place to dance, a place to dine, a place to relax and a place to enjoy.
The best pubs, clubs and bars are catalysts...friendships can be forged in them, relationships can be made, business can be done and memories created.
This is what we want The Northern to be - a home from home, a place to meet and greet, a bolt hole, and a place you belong.
We use the best local produce in our kitchen, to produce the best possible pub food in the best possible surroundings.
With our outside courtyard with a view of the stars, and our late license throughout the week, we hope to become a pub for all seasons and reasons.
