WHY TRAMPOLINING?
Trampolining is a sport that can be enjoyed by everyone. The basic skills are so simple that anyone, of any age can do something which is fun, exhilarating, aerobically effective and caters for the highest level of skill and daring which some are capable of.

It is particularly popular among the very young, who now have something better than their parents' bed to jump on; although many parents complain their children jump on their bed even more after taking up trampolining.......oops.

WEDNESDAY
6:00 pm to 6:45 pm 5 to 9 years
6:45 pm to 7:45 pm 10 years to Adult
7:45 pm to 8:45 pm Adults only

SUNDAY
10:45 am to 11:30 am 5 to 9 years 11:30 am to 12:30 pm 10 years to Adult

Cost:
£4.30 per session for 5 to 9 years
£4.80 per session for 10 years to Adult
