Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness clubs are locally held classes where members have professional advice (confidentially) on diet and also have 45 minutes of exercise. The qualified instructors can adapt exercises to all levels and aim to improve your fitness while you follow the brand new GI hip and thigh diet from Rosemary.
