On the 60th anniversary, the Fife Council Archive Centre is putting on a display of photographs in the Lyon Way, Town Centre, Glenrothes. The display runs from 10am to 2pm. 'Growing Up In Glenrothes' is made up of photographs selected by Charlotte Rock during a week's work placement at the Archive Centre. There are photographs of Glenrothes High School, Glenwood High School, award winning play parks and special events for children. Local photographers like Mr Harvey and Mr Gordon recorded the major events in the town's development. This is a chance to see just some of the many photographs in the Development Corporation's archive.
