Police appeal for information to help trace a missing woman - 04-07-2008

Police officers from Hampshire and Dorset are working with the Marine and Coastguard Agency to find a missing woman.

Sally Banham, 39, from Englegreen Field, Surrey, was staying with a relative in the Romsey area when she was last seen on Sunday morning (June 29).

Her Audi A3 car was later found at Durlston Country Park at Swanage in Dorset which triggered the multi-agency search.

Ms Banham is suffering from a terminal illness prompting concerns for her welfare.

Ms Banham is described as:

• White
• 5ft 8ins - 5ft 9ins
• Slight tan
• Slim athletic build
• Light brown hair worn in a bob
• Green eyes
• Pierced ears but generally wears little jewellery
• Tidy appearance
