The Lord Mayor of Exeter, Councillor Paul Smith, said: "Exeter has so much history, alongside such wonderful new developments, that it really lends itself to great photographic opportunities. Here is a chance for everyone to have fun interpreting the title "Exeter - the Old and the New". At the same time we can do a lot of good by helping Southbrook College raise funds for much-needed activity areas for its students, who have a range of learning needs."
