Our aim at Mortgage Rescue Scheme is to advise and assist as many people who wish to sell their homes and rent the property back.
You may be facing financial difficulties or possible repossession proceedings and we aim to help you on an ethical and mutually sustainable basis anywhere within the SouthWest of England.
We assist when necessary by purchasing your property from you and then renting it back to you under flexible and friendly terms acting as NLA registered landlords.
We also offer the sell-and-rent-back scheme (S.A.R.B) to anyone who just wishes to, for whatever reason, sell their property quickly but to remain as tenants within their home for an unlimited duration.
We are happy to look into purchasing other property which may not be a rent back situation, however our primary aim is the assistance of people who are under financial stress and duress - this is where our main strengths lie.
If you do have a problem property that you wish to sell and would like to speak to someone who can offer a guaranteed fast sale then please do get in touch.
If we feel that we cannot offer the best option for you, we will advise you of this and suggest alternatives.
