Road Traffic Collision, Broadbridge Heath - 04-09-2008

At about 5.15pm on Monday 1st September, a collision occured on the A264 Five Oaks Road near the junction with Fulfords Hill, Broadbridge Heath. A Toyota Hiace van was travelling east when it was in collision with a recovery truck travelling west. Both drivers suffered serious injuries and were taken to the Royal Surrey Hospital at Guildford and New East Surrey Hospital.

Several witnesses stopped at the scene and have already given their details to police. If anyone else witnessed the collision they are asked to contact PC Stepney CS732, North Downs Road Policing, on 0845 60 70 999 quoting Operation Dunderry.
