Seaford robbery - two still in custody - 28-08-2008

The people - a 39-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman from Brighton - are still in custody helping police with inquiries following an armed robbery at Barclays Bank, Broad Street, Seaford, at 3.47pm yesterday (Tuesday).

Police are appealing for witnesses to the robbery and anyone who may have seen a man waiting near the bank in Seaford before the robbery, or leaving the bank to get into a van afterwards, to contact them on 0845 60 70 999.
