Three arrested following altercation in Lewes - appeal for witnesses - 24-07-2008

Following a dispute which took place between three men at Landport Road, Lewes, just after 4pm yesterday (Tuesday July 22nd) two men received minor stab wounds. There were two vehicles involved in the incident, a Mercedes car and a Mitsubishi Shogun. The incident took place in two places, initially at the garage area of Kingsley Road before the vehicles and occupants moved to the green area in Landport Road.

Three men have subsequently been arrested and are currently helping police with their enquiries. Sussex Police are asking anybody who witnessed the incident to contact them on 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial number 1311 of 22nd July 2008.
