Brighton & Hove Arts Commission present a brand new city-wide arts festival from 6pm to 7am on Saturday 25th October to mark the end of British Summer Time. Do something special with your extra hour and rediscover the city at night at very special events and activities in venues and through trails and tours through the city's streets and secrets.
