Magners Paramount Comedy Festival With Anne Dudley and The BBC Concert Orchestra

A classically trained musician and hirsute comedian, Bill Bailey's surreal and musical imagination is let loose on the brilliantly versatile BBC Concert Orchestra, with the collaboration of Anne Dudley, one of the UK's most celebrated composers and arrangers.

Bill has for many years included all kinds of music in his comedy and this show takes the form of an irreverent 'guide' to the instruments of the orchestra, 70's cop show music, news themes, some of Bill's own songs plus some of Anne's own specially written new work.

Hear the trombones affection for Cockney music and find out what every bassoon-player is secretly obsessed with. It's a unique show which The Times described as 'blissfully funny' and which Stephen Fry described as 'wonderfully enjoyable.. like driving a Rolls-Royce off-road'.
