Since her West End debut in the hippy masterpiece Hair in 1968, Elaine Paige has been a ground breaking force in the role of leading West End star.

She has worked alongside Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice and Trevor Nunn. Her critically-acclaimed, award-winning and award-nominated roles have included originating the role of Eva Peron in Evita, Grizabella in Cats, and Florence in Chess.

As a multi-platinum recording artist and concert performer Elaine has enjoyed many years of live concert success. She has recorded 20 solo albums and 6 cast albums. She topped the charts when her duet with Barbara Dickson, I Know Him So Well, from the musical Chess, broke all records for sales and international chart success for a female duo.
