Children's Workshop & Steel Band - 19 Oct 2008

2.00pm. The deputy Mayor will arrive to open the event featuring; Pictorial story telling-Henna painting-Hair braiding-Face painting-Skirt Making-African Drumming-Exotic foods.

2.30pm the steel band will talk about the history of the steel drum

3.00pm the steel bank will play an hour of Caribbean music.

This is part of the Black History Month events
