Very Disappointed...

"I visited P Benson after phoning as my local butchers had sold out of beef fillet on New Years Eve. I bought a kilo of Beef from him, he cut it in front of me, charged £36 and away I went happy. When I got home, although the outside cm was defrosted the centre was frozen solid! I had even told him I using it that evening. I wrote to complain that he should have told me it was frozen. In response to my complaint, he was rude, evasive and even added that my complaint meant 'nuffink' to him. I will NOT use again or recommend."
