"Paul Agutter installed my combi boiler, but failed to fit the condensate pipe in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. So in the big freeze of 2010 the pipe froze and I lost all heating for several days (while I was ill with bronchitis). Despite numerous calls he failed to come out to fix the problem and I had to figure it out myself on the internet. 18 months on and many ansaphone messages later he has failed to come back and address the problem. There were also issues with his leaving the house in a real mess when he finished the work and failing to insulate the hot water pipes when I had specifically asked him to do so....."
