It has over 65 group exercise classes every week with a huge range of activities like the high energy, dance and holistic. There are also fully inclusive kids programmes that run 7 days a week. 

It is very family-friendly - the social calendar is always full at David LLoyd Speke with monthly social activities in the lounge for adults and families alike. They also have regular tennis tournaments and fundraisers.
