Costs

Website Build £60 per page

£60.00 per page one off cost to set up domain and build website. Minimum 3 pages.
Includes your domain name purchase costs.
Includes concept design, one set of changes, and site build.
Includes access to the content management system giving you control of your website.
Excludes your subscription for Hosting.

Concept Design £100

This cost covers the concept design, which will be created by a professional designer.
Once the concept is approved, this design will be used to build the website.

Hosting £180 per year

The first year is payable in advance on activation of the website.
Ongoing costs for Hosting are £15 per month payable monthly or annually thereafter.

Domain Names £ included

We can either purchase your domain name for you as part of the package, or alternatively you can use your existing domain name if you have one.
Costs for Domain Name renewal are included within this package. (Except if you have used your own
Domain name - you will need to maintain that subscription yourself.)

Updates £ poa

Once the build is complete, you are responsible for your own content, unless a management agreement is wanted.
You can manage your own updates and changes yourself through your own access to the Opnes content management system. Alternatively we can handle this for you under a site management agreement. We offer you the flexibility to use your resources to your best advantage.
Please be aware that if you make changes to the website which result in the website becoming flawed, you will be liable for charges to get these errors corrected. Average rates for a site management agreement are £25 per month minimum.
Always ensure you get a clear indication of costs when requesting changes.

Please note:

1. All prices are subject to VAT at 15%

2. Website build and Hosting are part of an integrated package and are not for sale separately.

3. We require 50% payment to start the website build, and the remaining 50% on activation of the website.

4. If you do not keep up the subscriptions of Hosting, you risk losing your domain name and access to your website. If you no longer require our services or your website after one year, it can simply be deactivated. If you would like to re-activate it again in the future, this is possible on notification before deactivation.

5. Site content, images, domain names and branding concept remain the property of the customer who is free to reuse for their own marketing, subject to copyright. However the files for the website are contained within content management system, and the customer will have the ability to save a backup to their pc.
