Homefield Park

This Victorian Town Park was originally known as the Peoples Park and is 4.3 hectares or 11 acres in size.

The park contains a play area, basketball pad, 6 hard tennis courts, junior football pitch and a pavilion.

In 2000 a £100,000 skateboard park was also opened with the help of a substantial lottery grant. A temporary orienteering course exists here and the open areas hold a circus and various events in the summer months.
