• BEWARE - Rip Off Merchants

  "Do you want really bad customer service? Maybe you like getting ripped off? If so, K&A Acoustics is the place for you.
  
  After leaving my car stereo to be installed - simple enough - I came back afrer an hour and the man who originally served me just wandered off. Once he knew my business was only worth the cost of a stereo installation, he just wasn't interested. He left me standing there for over ten minutes as the other salesman tried to flog some expensive kit to another customer - half the things he was shown didn't work - and that really does sum up K&M Acoustics - over-promise then under-deliver.
  
  When I did get served I was told my car stereo, which was brand new, just didn't work, and then started to waffle on about how some work was still carried out - in the end I was charged £47.50, they really must have seen me coming.
  
  Radio Fit - £34.50
  Repair to Wiring Harness - £13.00
  
  That's right, a total of £47.50 for nothing.
  
  K&M Acoustics advertise all over the internet and post fake positive reviews about themselves, don't risk giving them your business, you'll probably get ripped off."

• the best job possible...

  "K&M Acoustics have fitted and re fitted my hi-fi and phone kits in all my cars for about 12 years now, I know they will do the best job possible and guarantee their work. I recently had a problem with my car's rev counter not working which they while I was having speakers fitted. They would not take payment for the rev counter fix so I sponsered their "Manchester to Blackpool" bike ride they are doing for Wigan & Leigh Hospice, Good luck guys!"
