  I was really impressed with the service from Webstatioenrs when I ordered a guillotine recently. Even though I placed the order late, it arrived the next day... delivered personally by the MD on a day when staff were on holiday and your warehouse flooded.
  
  if this had been a scene from a movie it would have been raining, with his clothes torn and a small cut on his cheekbone - but still clutching my order - delivered against all odds.
