"At Healthier UK, I have started attending Hatha Yoga with Les Roots and Group Personal Training with Anita. I enjoy going along, they both keep you motivated.
Going to the gym use to be boring ~ not any more ~ at Healthier Uk ~ you get one to one attention, motivation, goals set and the best advice. Just after a couple of months, I have lost weight and feel fitter and healthy. "
