The Whitstable shop has been open for three years, is fully health registered and is run by Dave Foxley with guest artists. Describing his style as 'Gothic horror and rock 'n roll', Dave has made a name for himself with his custom freehand designs, winning awards for his artwork. 

There's nothing too complicated or detailed - whether it's a simple small image, restoration, redesign of an existing tattoo, or an entire back, Dave prides himself on being able to give each customer what they're after, and is well known for leaving his clients satisfied with the results.

There are a range of ways to get the design you want - as a skilled and experienced custom freehand artist, Dave can transfer any design you bring in, and is more than happy to sit down for a quick consultation and tea, and discuss your design ideas. Alternatively, there are a wide range of ready made images and flash art for you to choose from. You can even download an image from the internet and email it to Dave.

The studio's easy to find - it's on Whitstable High Street at the corner of Nelson Road, and is open 6 days a week, from 11:20 a.m - 6.00 p.m. Although it's always best to book for a Friday or Saturday, Skin Illustrations uses a first-come-first-served policy, and any bookings are flexible to suit your needs.
