  "I've been going to John for lessons for the best part of 15 months. I came to him as a fairly experienced bass player who had wound up on guitar quite by accident in my last band. A lot of the time I felt like a bass player masquerading as a guitarist. Simply put John has got me to a stage now where I feel like a guitarist. I was able to say what areas I needed to improve and where I wanted to be - I'm well on my way now. Lessontrax are competitively priced (& he is cheaper than most) but after a short while with another guitar teacher I'm sticking with John and would always recommend him to other guitarists. I can't put my finger on why or how but he has been able to unlock a lot of what I couldn't on my own."

  "My 11 year old daughter Jody, has been attending lessons with John for 9 months now. I accompany Jody to her lessons and can see the week on week improvement on Jody's guitar playing. But almost more importantly I can see the inspiration John is providing for Jody, therefore nurturing and maintaining her enthusiasm for playing the guitar."
