Some 8 years ago I was asked to help a young friend who was suffering from dramatic and intense panic attacks on a lengthy trip to New Zealand. I asked my local meditation teacher if she could recommend a relaxation tape to send to him. Her answer was a quick, dismissive 'NO!' which surprised me somewhat since I felt sure she would have such information at her fingertips ... but what she followed up with changed both the course of my life and my life experience up to date. She explained that she had very recently learned a new technique and that this would be the very thing for my friend.

Well, my friend never took up Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) but I certainly did and developed a keen passion for working with energy therapies from that day on. I quickly completed all available training and was mentored by the very best early energy workers in this country. It has allowed me to shape my life easily and speedily resolve any problems that have arisen for me or my family. I have endless stories of incredible success ranging from ... a rat phobia so severe it caused loss of consciousness on one occasion but took only 1 1/2 hours of treatment for my client to be actually able to stroke a rat ...intense back pain removed in 10 minutes, never to return ....a daughter to jump from mediocre to top earnings on only day 3 of a new sales job ...and many many more.

I have always loved the short cut, the power technique. I am not a slogger or a plodder. For me it has to be POW! or I'm not playing. So the effectiveness of energy therapies is the ideal tool for me to use to make a difference in the lives of those I encounter.

Before discovering this amazing stuff I had home educated my four daughters and spent some time teaching English as a Foreign Language. Later on I taught Women's Self Defence, Relaxation Classes and recently The Inner Game of Drawing. So teaching is a native skill for me ...another passionand I love using it to empower my clients by teaching EFT as a self help method.

I am a committed Christian and apply the principles of my faith to everyday life and to the work I do. The purpose of my practise, however, is to heal and empower each client who comes to me whether they be of any faith or no faith at all.
