It was fantastic
"I treated all of our team to a pamper day at The Retreat this week and it was fantastic. We all had an hour of treatments, a bit of a workout in the gym, some lunch and then an afternoon of swimming, jacuzzi and sauna. The staff at The Retreat are very friendly, extremely knowledgable about what they do and it is such a relaxing atmosphere. Big thanks to Julia, Michelle and Lynn for making us all feel refreshed and de-stressed for a day."

Really Relaxing
"I used the Retreat after been given a voucher as a Christmas present and will definitely be going again. The staff were all so friendly and made you feel really relaxed and at ease. I was there for over two hours while I had my treatments and I didn't feel uncomfortable for a moment. I also started having my Gel nail extentions done there, which look fantastic. The staff really know how to look after you!"
