• Great Quality Service

  "I had a very urgent and complicated printing job which I emailed to Imperial Printers and was delighted when David personally contacted me to point out some potentially embarrasing spelling mistakes. The job was subequently completed within time and budget and the printing was of excellent quality. "

• The Best Printer In The Borough

  "In my job at Pantiles Garden Centre, I regularly need leaflets printed at the drop of the hat.
  
  Fully expecting a two-fingered response from any printer, I was surprised to the point of embarrassment that David Wimblett and his team appeared to shoe-horn me in between other print runs to get the job done in three days. I'm sure that this cost him time and money, but amazingly the cost was not passed onto me, and it was because of their continued good printing rates that Pantiles decided to rely on Imperial more often.
  
  On collection of a batch of business cards one day, I was even given a "guided tour" of the workshop. It was fascinating to see all the "vintage" machines in action, and I'd recommend a visit to anyone.
  
  In summary, if you want supernova hot service and a product delivered at the speed of light, you'll find no one comes even close to Imperial Printers."

• Going the extra mile

  "Graphic designers can be difficult clients. You will have gathered from our first job working together that I’m very fussy about the quality of the printing I wish my clients recieve. I spend many hours, days and sometime weeks developing a design solution for a client, and all that effort can be for nothing if the care and attention I put in, is not reflected by the printer in achieving the result I desire.
  
  So, it has been been an excellent first experience of working with you and the team at Imperial.
  You understood what I wanted, you were happy for me to come and pass it on machine.
  You took on board my need for the colour to be run up resulting in a longer drying time.
  This meant that you needed to go in Saturday morning to trim the job. You subsequently delivered it yourself to the client at Earls Court, in time for her exhibition’s opening on Sunday morning. All without my asking.
  
  For some this may be going the extra mile, for me it is what I expect from a great supplier.
  I would recommend you without hesitation to others. In addition, please pass on my thanks to your colleagues and the machine minder. You can of course look forward to more business
  from The Fusion Effect.
