• The Best Around

  "When you have tried the rest, give DT3 a call, they will sort you out. In fact, don't call anyone else...
  
  Sensible guys that will actually advise you on the best solution. They aren't interested in selling you anything other than their help, so be clear what you want and that's exactly what you'll get.
  
  I have tried quite a few one man bands, that may be cheaper, but these guys are more dependable and better qualified.
  
  They are expensive if you are home based, but once you get beyond your own capabilities these guys are very good

• Best of the Bunch for Business!!

  "Recently our computers started to slow down for some reason. My laptop, which I use in sales meetings extensively, was taking as long as 10 minutes to start up which was embarrassing to say the least. I had already spent a fair amount of time trying to work out what the problem was.
  
  You sent around an IT engineer who asked a range of probing questions relating to what I did, how the IT was helping, how it was hindering and what my future plans were and then made a range of recommendations about how best to proceed with our IT overall. The plans were fully budgeted. I could then choose the items that felt most urgent and proceed with those.
  
  Having taken the time to understand our technology needs only then did you send in a technician who very expertly and very thoroughly gave my computers a software service. I was impressed by the very professional service he gave.
  
  My networking and machines are now humming smoothly again, and most importantly for me, my laptop now loads in just over one minute so I am delighted!"

• when you are lost at sea ....

  "Couple of weeks back, my lap top got stolen from my car but thankfully was recovered by the police. After the joy of collecting my beloved machine; when I got back to the office and tried switching it on, it gave me an error message and went blank.
  
  My whole business, financial and personal data was lost!
  
  Fearing the worst I called my regular I.T support people who not only put me on hold for about 45minutes but at the end of it told me that they will not be able to help me out for the next two days. Having no where to turn to and not knowing who to trust, I remembered Mr. Darren Turnbull saying at a BNI meeting ‘when your lost at sea call DT3’. Having nothing to lose I called up his offices and to my surprise was told that a technician will be out within the hour!
  
  Well not only did he come but also put me right at ease. I could tell that he knew what he was doing as every step of the way he explained all that he was doing on my machine. While he put my Lap Top on virus scan, he looked at our network and went about fixing all the problems on all our P.C’s!!! Not only did he fix the minor issues, he put in proper security system and recommended up grades required on the network.
  
  After a pain staking five hours, he managed to restore each and every bite of data on my lap top. I’m eternally grateful for the service and commitment shown by DT3 in resolving an issue of a person who wasn’t even on there books! And in my view they are the best I.T solution providers for small and medium businesses who keep finding themselves lost at sea!
