Albion In The Community

Albion In The Community is a registered charity, the charitable arm of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. The scheme works in the 3 key areas across Sussex:

EDUCATION,  FOOTBALL & SPORT, HEALTH

AITC programmes are "not just about football". They harness the power of football and utilise the profile of the football club, but they include many different types of highly effective programmes, designed to educate and improve peoples' lives including:

• Children's Multi Sport Courses
• Disability Football Programmes
• Social Inclusion Programmes
• Healthy Living Programmes
• Volunteer Programmes

Albion In The Community's work relies on good local partnerships. We bring together many different parts of the community: children, teenagers, adults, schools, colleges, local government, sports & leisure organisations, job centres, careers services, NHS Trust, Emergency Services, Prison Service, housing associations, disabled charities, neighbourhood groups, youth charities and local businesses. All are inspired by the power of sport and how it can engage with people and make a positive difference to their lives.

Anyone can get involved with Albion In The Community. There are various ways you can choose to support us, all of which will help us to carry on helping others:

• Enrol on one of our adult education courses or coach education programmes.
• Send your child to one of our football/sports courses.
• If you would like AITC courses run at your local school/venue tell us.
• Fundraising events - hold your own event, or come along to ours.
• Become an AITC Community Partner.
• Tell your family, friends and colleagues about us.
