A5Drive School of motoring is Milton Keynes premier Driving School. We offer Learner Drivers tailored tuition delivered by our male or female Driving Instuctors teaching either manual or automatic lessons that offers you the best chance of passing your driving test.

A5Drive School of Motoring is an independent, family run, local driving school. All our instructors are very highly trained and licensed by the DSA and drive cars fitted with dual controls and air-conditioning.

We are the largest independent Milton Keynes based driving school and our team of instructors cover Milton Keynes and the areas bordered by Buckingham to the west, Dunstable to the south, Towcester to the north and Ampthill to the east.

A5Drive provide a more personal level of service than the big national driving schools (we’re also better value than them!). We actually do care about your progress and want you to succeed. We take pride in our reputation and success rate. We will treat you as an individual and do our best to offer you the standards of service and commitment that we would expect if we were the ones learning to drive! Our instructors are all committed to the DSA directive of “Safe Driving for Life”.

The founder and owner of the driving school - Nigel, is a recently retired police officer. You can therefore be certain that your driving instructor is reliable and trustworthy. You will be in safe hands with an A5Drive instructor.

If you are reading this page then quite probably you are considering learning to drive or you are looking to find a driving instructor for a friend or family member.

Driving lessons are offered to any provisional licence holder from 17 years of age onwards. We offer driving lessons to learner drivers seven day a week mainly between 8am and 8pm. Daytime driving lessons (Mon-Fri) are usually readily available. For evening and weekends you may have to make an advance booking to secure the time that is most convenient to you.

An additional benefit of learning with A5Drive; one which is not readily available with independent instructors, is the opportunity to undergo a mock test with our senior instructor. This is an invaluable benefit, replicating test conditions, which allows the pupil to experience what a test is really like. It also aids the pupil with their confidence when subsequently taking the real test, helping them overcome those dreaded nerves. Comprehensive feedback is provided to both pupil and instructor. This can form the basis of an action plan for subsequent lessons to ensure the pupil is driving to the best of his/her ability come the real test.

Prices:

Whether you require an intensive course or single lessons each week, we can arrange your lessons to suit you.

We also provide help with the theory and hazard perception test, by way of lessons and/or providing books / CDs at a low cost. You can even practice the theory test by following this link.

Once you have passed your practical test you can also take advantage of our pass plus or motorway lessons, saving money off your insurance by doing so.

If you wish to pay for block bookings in advance by debit or credit card you can do so by clicking onto the Credit Card beside the lesson price below. This will transfer you to a secure site run by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
