• AVOID at ALL costs!

  "DON'T USE!!! Put the wrong colour sashes on the chairs at my wedding and won't accept responsibility because we've been on our honeymoon so didn't call them about it! Basically if you don't stop your ceremony and phone them about it there and then there's nothing they can do! Balloon arch popped before speeches had even finished and then they used a photo of our centre pieces which they had NOTHING to do with and tried passing it off as something they'd done on their Facebook site. The owner was extremely rude on the phone when I made my complaint. Apparently it's 'hard to believe' I've been on honeymoon for a month! And I should have got someone to phone him for me (er I got married= I'm an adult and can make my own complaints)!!! AVOID!!!!"

  "It is a shame that we have received this negative feedback as out of the 100's of weddings every year that we undertake. I can honestly say this is the first complaint we have received of this kind to date.
  
  The client had original chosen Teal Sashes and balloon decor to match, however the client claims they verbally changed the colour of the sashes from teal to turquoise. Be this our fault or the clients is not known as paperwork is destroyed 1-2 weeks after the event as we feel this would allow sufficient time if any issue were to arise. However we have only received a message 5 weeks after the event from the client a month down the line to advice of an issue after she viewed her pics on tour facebook fan site with a friend.
  
  We display pictures of all the weddings we undertake on our facebook fan page to give clients ideas and to show a venue off. In the pictures there happened to be a birdcage (which we do not do or advertise that we do) which we commented "beautiful idea for a centrepiece" and in no way reflected this as part of our work. We have happily removed this picture as requested. As for the arch there is no way in guaranteeing that balloons will not pop throughout the day and assure that we only use the highest quality decorating balloons available, it is just very unfortunate that the client has experienced these problems.
  
  We listened to the client’s complaint and answered her concerns in a professional and polite manner and explained that as a month had passed there was nothing we could do, as all seemed well when we left the venue with no complaints from the groom who was on site or the venue when we collected.
  
  As the client requested financial compensation which we declined they have chosen to add as many reviews as possible onto different sites. You only have to read our testimonals on both our sites to see our happy customers.

• fab!

  "We just wanted to say how fab this company is they were a huge help with our wedding day at Oakley Hall in June 2011. The chair covers and sashes in the ceremony room and marquee looked fantastic and the colours were just as we had imagined. The fairy light canopy and the balloon arrangements in the marquee were lovely, and more than a month on we still have some of the 'Just Married' balloons on display at home!
  
  There attention to detail was second to none and followed our instructions so carefully so that the chair cover sashes were tied exactly as we wanted. ~There prices were so competitive, without any compromise on quality or service - we were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend there services to others."
