N.B. Landlords - It is a legal requirement that gas appliances and fittings in rented accommodation must be checked for safety at intervals of not more than 12 months. Failure to comply with annual landlord safety inspection invalidates building insurance cover.
Plumbing: gas/ water leaks located and repaired on/site, DIY disaster rectifications eg. damaged copper/ lead/ plastic and nominal-bore steel tubing catered for
Heating: Problematic systems repaired, £220 chemical cleaning/ protection and flushing service, from £50 health-check on boiler (official corgi documentation supplied)
Bathrooms: toilet, basin and bathtub, taps etc. supplied by customer, installed in existing location from £450, subject to visual estimation/survey
Servicing: combi-boiler service £65* , Back-boiler service £85*, Gas fire service £45*
Installations: Fixed price installations
Fault Finding: £39 per hour (minimum charge one hour)
Repairs: £39 per hour plus materials, sundries etc.
Maintenance: £39 per hour (no call-out fee), diagnostic work will be charged for
Boiler swaps: Combi-boiler from £400, regular boiler from £350 (labour and plumbing only)
Homeowner / Landlords Gas Certificates: £45 initial fee + £5 per appliance inspected
Free estimates on new installations (customers own supplied boilers will not be fitted for liability and warranty reasons)
